I love the size and weight of this power bank. I have a basic iPhone11, the power bank is approximately the same size and slightly thicker than my phone with its case on. Other power banks 20000 to 30000 are much larger. I have not had it long enough to comment on its durability and longevity, but it has saved me using my iPad with keyboard typing all day in a class. I used it to keep my tablet going the last few hours after I got down to around 20%, it brought it back up to 70% within 2 hours, while using it at full screen brightness. After 2 days I am very impressed with this unit. For me, what impressed me the most. The first unit I bought I felt was possibly defective, the battery drained very quickly while charging 2 devices and it took 18 hours to fully charge back up. I usually contact Amazon immediately, but instead I chose to contact the seller first. i emailed them Sunday morning and received an email back later that evening asking for my shipping address, Tuesday afternoon I had a replacement unit. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMUNICATION, AND FAST RESPONSE. They stand behind their product and I would definitely buy from them again. This is my first review I have ever written, Honestly impressed with this company. I years of purchasing on amazon, I feel amazon is very good to their customers, but I don’t always feel the same way about their vendors... Also the flashlight is a nice feature, it is bright and for me will be the most useful in the event of an emergency. There are 2 additional nice features NOT PICTURED. 1) A charger cord that charges the power bank with dual ends (Micro-usb and Lightning end). 2) a really nice compact carry case that includes a spot for the cord IMPORTANT: The charging cable is a dual end. It came with a micro-usb with an additional Lightning connection end. You will see 2 input ends on the side of the Power bank. Plug the cable into a USB charger (I used my iPad charger 10W 5v 2A) and use the Micro-usb end to charge the power bank. The other input on the power bank is for the lighting end, I tried that and it does not seem to charge it as fast.

this thing came fully charged and i was pleasantly surprised that it charged my high capacity and draining phone for an entire day of use and then some. i didn't even need to plug it in to charge, it showed 4 blue bars when i clicked the power button once to test it. the stripe light of led gives off a gentle, but broad and bright even lighting that can light up a whole room! i was rather surprised how well designed this thing is! even when the power was completely drained (meaning it will not charge my phone any further unless i recharged it first), the flashlight function was still working. i have no test to see how long it would work and uncertain if there is a separate power bank used for the flashlight only in emergency cases, but it was working. for $20, i would say this is a great steal compared to other brands out there. it is surprisingly "heavy and bulky" feeling which is a good indicator for me that its power charge-ability is solid. it was able to recharge to full within a few hours, so extra bonus that it does not take a whole day just to recharge.

I ordered this battery back in late March and when I got it I was slightly disappointed. The case that they give you is great and theoretically can hold your phone and your battery at the same time. The battery itself looked cheap, It was cased in cheap plastic. The battery worked fine except I could only get three full charges on my phone before it would died. The company contacted me and within a few days I had a new one, but this one was different. This new one is matte black and feels sturdy, I don't here something moving inside when I pick it up either. The new battery has charged my phone 5 times and still has power. I asked them why they didn't just send me this one in the first place and there response was that they were still shipping out the 2018 model and this new one was the 2019. Like I said, i still don't understand, but this new battery works great and I gave the old one to my GF, her phone's got a smaller battery so it works great for her. I don't have a picture of the other one right now, my girlfriend took it out with her out of town but I'll post the comparison when she gets back.

The first power bank I recieved worked really well except for the fact the battery seemed to not hold a charge as a well as it should have. I contacted customer service and they were very nice about it all. I was sent a replacement power bank two days later after discussing the problems with Customer service. I am happy to say my new one works great. Shipping and all other fees on the replacement power bank were at no cost to me and all covered by the company. I am very impressed with this power bank and believe all this brand of power banks are very good. I believe the first one I recieved must have had a flaw. I must have just been one of the unlucky customers that got that 1 in a thousand of the bad ones. I definitely recommend this product for price to performance you get it all! High 30,000mAH capacity and 4 USB ports so you can charge 4 devices at once. That’s a great deal. On top of that you get a free carrying case, The bright LED strip in the power bank comes in handy much more than you think. There are even include two ways to charge your power bank which makes it very convenient ( micro usb or lightning charging) Alos there are two in one cord with micro usb or lightning so no need to bring two cords.
