The media could not be loaded. I had high hopes but this thing is absolutely garbage. I will be returning, it's slow, won't run simple apps, can't even get amazon music app to work at all it just crashes. Waze is laggy. I haven't even tried a video app, no way it will play a video without lag. I'm using hot spot on my phone that I've used on a Phoenix automotive unit for over 2 years with no issue. I'll be returning this and going with a higher quality unit, I should of known better. I could get by with Bluetooth or android auto, but that's not what I want.

Inc Plugs DID NOT connect to Dodge 1500 Only 1 of 2 factory main plugs.
2 main factory plugs shown in picture only 1 connected to the 2 provided plugs that were suppose to easily connect.

You get what you pay for!
Power plug/harness not crimped correctly and wire pulled back. Only 1 out of the 2 adapter plug works and doesn’t fit Ram with OEM Alpine system.
