I bought it to assist with hair thinning due to perimenopause. It will grow your hair but won’t necessarily make it thicker. I recommend pairing it with biotin and a hair loss serum or drops.

It's been few days only I have been taking this supplement. I noticed sooo much hair lose when I'm coming my hair and then when I washed my hair omg I lost sooo much hair just coming off like crazy. This is the only thing I have added in my schedule so this is what I'm thinking is doing it . If I continue to use this I will have barely any hair . Even my scalp is so sensitive now too. I don't what this company is but ppl be careful they had such a good reviews but these companies can buy reviews. I'm not going to take it anymore I'm too scared of loosing this much, horrible. Never had this problem with even other hair vitamins. What did they put on these pills? Update. I dud not take this yesterday and today my hair slowed down but my scalp feels so raw and hurting . I called Amazon and they do not refund it or exchange this item. Be aware of this.
