SAM GPS Security Mini Waterproof GPS Tracker Device Anti Theft Alarm

I am presently using this for my school bus and I have found the device working very good. The customer support is EXCELLENT and no doubt the second ring your call will be picked up and no wastage of time. Until the problem is resolved the customer care executive will be there ONLINE with you. Installation is very good. Geo fencing is great. Safe zones are also very good and will tell the vehicle entering and exiting from the safe zones. I want to mention two improvements on this device is that 1. The SIM card used if VODAFONE and in rural areas and some small cities the signal coverage is absent. But the tracking is stored and later come real time. Option of using other SIM cards offered by the company will be a great boost. 2. If fuel used and fuel costs can be calculated based on the STATE wise pricing it will be great addition. In addition to above, if the device can be upgraded with the following it will give more value and customer satisfaction like Driver Fatigue, Showing a graph with the percentage of different speeds driver will be excellent to keep track about the driver behavior. Overall the device is great product and value for money and no regrets.

Editing this review after 6 months of usage from 4* to 1*.Last one month device is not useful anymore, it is not updating the real time location. Vehicle position is stuck in same place for long time after sometime suddenly its jumping to current location (no route tracking also). Some days before they have deleted the route tracking info it is showing zero kilometer driven. Their web application is very worst we cannot take report for not even one day. Overall in a day we can track real time location just one or two hours. Their customer support also become worst now, earlier they were replying immediately to whatsapp messages but now all messages are ignored by them. Writing review after using it for 2 months.Initially I was skeptical about the device and installations as I was getting CAR GPS installed for the first time.Got it installed from a local service center but it didnt worked as I messed-up something while activating the GPS.To rectify, I needed to delete and re-add the vehicle but software didn't allowed to do so.I reached out to SAM Support for getting it deleted and they worked on it. Once installed and activated... it works like charm.

like the long cable came with it as its easy to hide it in bike and the easy detachable connector make it easy to remove it at the time of bike services. works fine , shows exact location, some glitches happens , cause of signal , but rarely.overall a good product and value for money,i would suggest to include a Quick Splice Crimp Terminal Wire Connector , so that u don't have to cut any wire for on off notification feature in it. Purchase through installation experience was fantastic. They were eager to help out with the enrolment, registration & installation.After installation, the first few days the alerts were spot on. 'Ignition on' alert, 'safe zone entry' & 'exit' were spot on. After that all alerts became erratic, they came almost 30~40 min late. This time the experience with customer support was not as good, there were no enthusiasm in their replies. They sometimes reply sometimes ignore.Long term usage report:1. The tracker does not work correctly most of the time. It does not report correct position.2. When the tracker is working fine, you ask CS any question through their WhatsApp number they'll respond in a reasonable time. When the tracker stops working, sometimes for days, they will not respond to your WhatsApp messages.3. You keep on asking them why your tracker is not working, they'll continue to ignore you.I have the tracker for nearly 4 months now, out of that I can 3 months it has been useless for me. It does not work for days, this all of a sudden it starts working, then again it goes to sleep.Update after 4 months of purchase:It doesn't work at all. All alerts delayed sometimes by hours sometimes by days. When you send them a WhatsApp message they don't reply for weeks, when you call their customer service number you get a recorded voice telling you there is a technical problem.

After 6 months of usage company has some internal fraud and was taken over (that's what they say) and now i have 2 months of service left but they want me to pay 1500 (500 for new sim and 1000 for a year 9f service) but I'm not even sure this company will make it till end of 2020.The accuracy, details and app navigation was great but then it's unreliable as we as a customer aren't sure if their company will be in business for next 1 year or the have another fraud and some other company will take over.
