Bought this for my daughter at Christmas. Arrived in 4 separate shipments. Well packaged, undamaged. Easy to set up, and use. She started using it right away and has had several customer orders that she uses the laser for.

amazing product works great

I really wanted to love this laser engraver but out of the box it did not work. I spent a week of back and forth emails with the support people and they were awesome. However, they were unable to help me so they replaced it with a new one. I was excited to get it since I had several projects planned that would have made me a little money. But the new one didn’t work either, in fact it worked even less than the first one. It had really good reviews but this one isn’t gonna be one of them.

Absolutely love this machine. Great quality. Easy to use. Projects are endless.

I ordered the WeCreat 40W all-in-one bundle including the conveyor and fume extractor. I just finished setting up the machine, but I still need to run it. I am hoping that WeCreat will quickly remedy this issue. I have high hopes for them, I had trouble with purchasing this unit for about 2 weeks before I was actually able to purchase it. Originally I was trying to purchase this from their website but was having issues with the order processing. They were quick to troubleshoot my issues and see what was going on. In the end, the issue was something they had no control over, but I was able to get it figured out and purchased. Would love nothing more than to raise the rating to a 5 star and give an update on how they remedy this situation, but only time will tell. 3 stars for now.UpdateCustomer support got back to me within 30 minutes of emailing them after hours. Told me it was in a separate box and was still on the way. I had only received 1 tracking number from amazon, so I thought it was all coming together. It arrived the next day.

I have a 10w creality laser that was $259. It cuts 1/4” pine or basswood with one pass. I opened a project from Wecreat and the first run I tried their settings and it did not cut. I then set it down to 20mm/s with one pass and it did not go through. The third time I set it to make two passes and it finally cut through in most places. This was 5mm basswood plywood. My 10w $250 laser never needs a 2nd pass but a $3,000 40w can’t pull off that cut? The accuracy of the cuts is horrible. I am going to try some more cuts, but unless something major changes this does not equal a laser that is 1/10 th of the price
