bought these as a gift for a picky person- they love this set and it comes with everything you need to get started and see results. The quality was great and was a good value for the money spent. The size and versaltilty level is a great start and also good for an add on for experienced workouts.

Bought these little under a year ago. They worked great until about a week or so ago. I use these mostly for arm curls while standing on the cord. While working out they snapped (each at separate workouts).

I actually have an older set of these and am only getting a second set because I am currently traveling and living out of my camper and am using one of the attachments to attach these to my truck bed for a stable place to hook them rather than the thin material of the camper. I have used resistance bands before and this is just a far better way to go. They are thick, durable, and I had the old pair in my shop that gets very hot in the summer and below freezing in winter. Other products have tore or wore out quickly but these have held strong! definitely a great value for what you get!

The 20lb band broke free from the black rubber holder on the clasp upon first use. I was using 2 bands together and that one came free. I really just want it replaced because the other 4 are fine.
