Perfect for sweating out some water weight, I use it right after a work everyday and becuase I drink my creatine with water this sauna was a must. This personal sauna product is affordable, compact, and easy to place anywhere in the house. I keep mine near the master bathroom so I can hop right into the shower after a quick 20 minute sweat session. The built in timer maxes out at 20 minutes, which is great for safety, and while it can heat up to 200°F, I’ve found the sweet spot to be around 160°F.It even comes with a small chair so you can sit back and relax. Assembly was a breeze, pictures made it simple for anyone who prefers skipping the reading and just get straight to setup. Once inside, it seals up nicely so no heat escapes.I’ve tried other similar products from Amazon before, but this one takes the cake and is definitely a keeper. Highly recommend for enjoying your own personal sauna at home for some personal time alone.

This is a great product.💯(1st sauna) I'm very pleased with the over all results. It steams up in about 10-15 mins, very simple to operate manually or with remote. Herbal box creates wonders when fruit peelings...etc is added.The customer service from the 🥰homegirl (Michelle) is why this is a 5⭐ review...a couple days after my return window closed on this product I had a technical issue which was resolved way beyond my time frame of expectation. I appreciate the consideration and outcome. If your looking for a small, starter sauna- this one here is not as expensive as others plus you'll achieve the same results and keep in mind the customer service with this company is A1.Thank you again for the quick assistance in resolving my issue.

Does NOT work! It does not generate warmth or steam for the tent. The tent does not fold back up to put into the box to return it, so it's money wasted. Do NOT BUY‼️ You have been warned. It is a scam.

This portable sauna has been such a great investment! It’s easy to set up, heats up quickly, and really helps me unwind after workouts or long days. I’ve noticed less muscle soreness and better sleep since adding it to my weekly routine. It’s compact enough to store when not in use, but honestly, I use it so often it rarely gets put away. Great way to boost recovery and make self-care a little more accessible at home.

This sauna is perfect. It gets really hot. It’s not too big so it’s easy to put away I’d recommend buying this

Doesn't get as hot as I would like it but it does get you sweating pretty good

Saying I love this thing, is an understatement. This for me is the equivalent of going to the wet sauna at the gym, less all the nasty icky of a public sauna. I purchased this to help my daughter cut for wrestling, but I quickly turned into my own! Just buy it! :)

This thing is amazing it does exactly what it say it’s suppose to do…. I feel amazing when I am done. The only thing is it’s kinda hard to fold unto put it in the bag… but other than that I love it
