Perfect sugar free snack
They make small muffins but are so yummy.

A good alternative in endurance training fuel
These are pretty good, easy to make. A bit pricey, but if you're eating cleaner and avoiding processed sugars then these are a good substitute. Personally, I use them in endurance training as an alternative to high fructose sugary gels and typical endurance training products.

Great muffins
Delish, healthy and easy! Personally, I like making 6 vs. 12 muffins, they are bigger.

So-so Taste And Watch Out For The Carbs!
These muffins are ok. I should have looked more carefully at the carb count, which is pretty high, especially with pretty low fiber. They also have a little bit of a funky aftertaste and are kind of "slimy" texture. The lemon flavor is pretty good though.

Yummy
I used an extra egg because that’s how I like it and it was just perfect

Good food, gluten free
Very good. Easy to put together. Made with milk and melted butter rather than oil and water. Haven’t tried that yet. Did purchase additional packages. Freeze well

This muffin mix is an embarassment
Wow, I'm shocked. 9 minutes into baking, and after having followed all of the directions to a T, they started burning. I couldn't believe that I smelled burning. I've baked at least five muffin mixes from Lakato already and it's always gone perfectly and these, are just absolutely awful. I've never had Lakato muffins look like this. They always look light and fluffy, and smell delicious while baking. I've checked their website and it seems like they discontinued the original lemon poppy muffin mix (the keto ones with black font in the front) and what a serious disappointment that is. I understand if they wanted to introduce a nut free version but Jesus Christ, don't get rid of the original that tons of people have been raving about. In addition, I have a special Kitchenaid non stick muffin tin and everything I've cooked in it has looked and come out flawlessly. This is the first time the muffin tin has ever looked like this after baking. These are terrible. I would never buy them again. I'm hoping that when I contact Lakato that they can issue a refund because this is embarrassing for an otherwise really wonderful company.
