I always enjoy biltong however this is one of my favourite ones now the taste is very good and I would say it tasted better than 99% of the other brands I have tasted. I would highly recommend this.

I’m a massive lover of biltong (air-dried beef strips), and I’ve tried many brands before this one. These BEEFit “Truly Traditional” beef strips have that classic biltong flavour, which I love, and these are marinated with flavoursome, mild spices. The slices tasted fresh, with a decent balance of moisture and dryness. I received 3 packets of 30g of biltong, and I found that one individual packet has a plentiful amount of beef and is a fulfilling snack.The beef strips are generally good quality pieces; however, overall, they’re a bit too tough for my liking. Some chewiness is expected, but this biltong left my jaw aching for a day after eating each pack. I also found some of the pieces to be quite thin, and I prefer thick and juicy biltong.However, I still really like that these are a low-carb, high protein snack, and I would bulk order these again specifically for body-building and fitness purposes or when I’m on a high-protein diet.

Very salty and spicy,lots of gristle.

While I don't think I've ever had bad Biltong or Jerky they are normally much of a muchness but these are definitely a cut above.The quality of the beef is very good and it is soft and succulent and just keeps releasing flavour with every chew.They are perfectly flavoured with a great balance of spice and they also seem to have hit the sweet spot in drying the meat to leave it with a perfect texture.

Whilst I am not the biggest fan of beef jerky in general, these were a little better as they were less like jerky. Although, I am not too fond of the after flavour. The flavour is pretty salty, but that is the very nature of Biltong, if you're a huge fan of salty flavours this is perfect. I am a salt lover so I didn't mind it personally. As a one time snack I didn't mind these, and they are definitely better than beef jerky (in my opinion).

In the pack, you get three small bags of jerky. It tastes quite nice, slightly sweet.The texture is tough, like you would expect with jerky. There were a couple of bits that were extremely tough.It is quite expensive for what it is.

I am a huge fan of beef jerky but I usually limit myself to what I know just because it's so expensive usually. I jumped at the chance to try this and I took the Traditional Flavour which consists of 3 bags of 30g.The beef Jerky here is pretty good although this might sound strange, it's not as dry as I'd like. There is also a little bit of stringy gristle in some of it but overall I quite enjoyed it however, I wouldn't say it's the best that I have had. With that said, at £8.25 as well as it coming right to your door I think the price is fairly reasonable.

We eat a lot of jerky in our family so I thought that this would be good.It wasn't. I mean, it's okay (ish) but it's too hard to chew and far too salty in flavour. Also, if you don't like gristle, don't get it as there's a fair amount of it in it.
