Works great it’s compact the steam gets hot and it comes with some attachments and a couple extra orings . Would recommend absolutely

It worked fine for about a month used it to clean my shoes and after 5-6 uses it started malfunctioning where water would just build up in the gun and cause the gun to get extremely hot and the boiling water starts coming out of hose inside of the gun. So it obviously wouldn’t spray out anymore and conveniently this happens about 4-5 after purchase so no return or exchange will be accepted.

I was very apprehensive in buying this item when I saw there were no reviews but decided to go ahead and give it a shot. As far as size it's nice and compact, the power cord is not very long but nothing an extension cord won't fix. The drawback I have is that it takes forever to heat up. It does start spitting out steam after 15 seconds but it is cold I am able to put my hand right in front of it. I would say it takes at least 15 minutes to heat up and even then I do not believe it gets to the 220f that it states and I almost returned it because of this. To get the full effect of the steam you can't really use the wand which is a huge drawback as by the time it makes it to the end of the wand it is not very hot. I decided to keep it instead of returning it hoping that it will get better with use but I doubt it.

Seriously, the only “negative” that I can find with this steamer is that the cord could be longer. This mighty little unit made light work of our oven and of our car engine bays! 6 different settings of steam output…a go handle for easy carrying…decent water tank capacity…multiple scrubbing attachments…nice flexy hose to reach all of nooks & crannies.

If I could, I would not have given it any stars. It didn’t heat up nor produce any steam. It just squirted a small amount of water until it ran out. I was so excited but ended up very disappointed.
