The quality of this mask is phenomenal and way better than I expected. It’s sturdy yet slightly flexible and soft for comfort and light weight. The instructions are extremely clear on how to use and even tells you how often to use. It also includes how to treat your skin, clean the mask, then what each light treats. For example, blue light to treat acne; red light to help collagen. It tells you how often to use as well. So far I’ve only done it once with blue red light combo with the remote timer of 10 minutes (which you can chose up to 30 minutes at a time) but was easy to use and comfortable. I’m guessing it’ll take consistency and time to really see the results but can’t be happier trying this out even more.

This product gave me migraine headaches and nausea. I tried it at least 10 times, with the same reaction every time. Too bad it is past the return window, or else I would try to get my money back.
