EISCO Wooden Test Tube Rack - Accommodates 6 Tubes, up to 22mm - 9.75" Wide - Premium Polished Wood Construction

I have a large collection of fine fountain pens I like to use on a rotational basis so I purchased this stand for use as a desktop pen rack for the several pens inked and in use at any given time. Many of the pens are sought after collectibles and worth hundreds of dollars each, so I certainly do not want them beating one another up in a pen cup, or carelessly rolling around on a desktop. When inked, fountain pens should be stored upright, but many pen racks made for this purpose are at least ten times as expensive as this simple stand. A number of comments on Fountainpennetwork.com suggested using a test tube rack, so I found this one on Amazon, and thought I'd give it a try. I am very glad I did. I would like this in a darker, richer color, but that is just a personal preference. The stand has a pleasant appearance, is well made, has a nice finish, and the holes are large enough for even the fattest of my fountain pens. I'm sure it works great as a test tube rack, too!

I too use this as a fountain pen holder for some of my currently inked pens and I adore it! The shaped pieces at either end give this rack a touch of elegance lacking in other wooden test tube holders. It looks at right at home on my antique oak desk in amongst the other vintage & vintage-style desk accessories. The finish on the rack is nicely done & the wood itself quite attractive: the rack I received easily matches the picture for finish quality. Each of my pens stays in its own slot not bumping into its fellow pens no matter how slender or fat they are & I can pick & choose amongst my pens easily & quickly during a writing session with no fear of scratching their finish. Note that this rack isn't intended to be moved around: if you do pick it up with pens/whatever in it, do so carefully as the bottom holes are not deep enough to keep anything (including test tubes!) in position while being moved. For the price this is a real value-for-money bargain and I hope Amazon gets these back in stock: I want at least a couple more & several pen friends are interested in this design also. BRING THESE BACK, PLEASE!?!

Got this to hold 6 vintage safety razors - looks & works great

I use this as do many other reviewers as a stand for my DE razor handles. I like it just fine. It got my shavers out of drawers and off of the cluttery vanity top, which was bursting with shave creams, shaving mug, after-shave balms, lip balms, hair products, assorted cleansers and moisturizers! :-) I'm pretty sure I'm gay.

I will use this product as a safety razor (not a "cutthroat" straight razor) stand. I picked the two I ordered from my post office box today. I was very surprised to see how solidly they are put together and that they are not made out of flimsy porous wood. While not being heavy, they have a nice weight to them. The holes which will not only accommodate "fatboy" safety razor handles, but also some of the extra wide handles I've bought on wet-shaving websites. These stands will serve very well and the price was very, very economical for such a useful item.

I was looking for a wet shaving razor hanger. Works great and fits nicely in my vanity drawer. Didn't look to see if the description mentions the wood type, but it looks to be a nice hardwood like birch or maple....Nice neutral color and grain. Not a cheap pine look!

This product is ideal for storing and displaying Double Edge Razors. It is beautifully made, sturdy and stable.
