Love this stuff.i feel like it knocks me out but no drowsiness in the morning. Don't need to drink the whole drink but it makes me feel wasteful. Also don't like drinking a lot before bed. Maybe they can make smaller versions. Taste is good but wish they had other flavors and it wasn't so expensive

Really sweet
I'm a fan of these alcohol free drinks. This one does seem to contain the 'calming' gaba in a dose enough that it works, but the problem for me is it is sickeningly sweet. Not the tart cherry that it says but more of a bubble-gum flavor. So it works but the sweetness is too much for me.
