No clear clinical trial evidence of benefits but some so worth a try

Very powerful and potent. I as silly as I am took 2 foe few days then 3 one day and ended up with saffron poisoning face swelling. It's only safe at 100 mg a day which I learned only now! It is saffron and it's potent !

Not an immediate fix but I’m sure it does help with anxiety and mood swings. I was a bit sceptical but I actually felt better after only 3 or 4 days. May be psychological but I do feel more relaxed and my sleep pattern has improved.

These work really well, I feel them within a few days and I can’t do without them when I am feeling low in mood. I personally feel these are the best in the market. Someone said on here that it isn’t Liposomal but there wrong, Liposomal doesn’t have to just be in a liquid. These are a high dose and really powerful tool to not allow you to go on antidepressants. I take this in the morning and take saint johns wort the end of the day when I am feeling my worse.
