It taste great but gives me a bad tummy ache.

I like it but the only thing that concerns me is the colouring staining my teeth and it's definitely changing the colour of my no.2s. I felt like shrek already but the green turds have definitely reinforced that

I've found this very hit or miss over the month and a half I've used this. Sometimes I'll feel it taking effect, which will generally feel like the rooms gotten warmer. Most times I won't feel anything. The most egregious issue with this however, is the staining. It will stain everything. clothes, fingers, any kind of draining board if you just so happened to not quite wash your shaker out properly amidst other things. If you're willing to look past that then great! Otherwise, I can't quite recommend this version oxyshred.

I love Oxyshred. I saw it advertised quite a bit on tiktok and was quite skeptical about all the rave reviews, I gave in and bought the Raspberry Refresh. Worked a treat. I could still sleep and could efficiently work out. Now for the Ecto freeze. It’s effective. I wouldn’t say much more so than other flavours. But it stains everything so much I have no desire to use it even though it costs a fortune in comparison to other pre-workouts. Try the traditional flavours, there’s a reason the limited edition is cheaper

This product is good and definitely helps shred fat and go further with cardio. However I have knocked off a star as the product stains your mouth blue and turns stool green. I will continue to use the product as it works really well for my goals but Use at your own risk
