Urgent Issue – Defective Triton Shower Dear Amazon Customer Service, I am writing to report a problem with a product I recently purchased. Order number: Product: Triton Showers REAMDU99 Amala Metal I bought this shower unit very recently, and on Monday it suddenly stopped heating the water. We still have cold water, but there is no hot water at all. Because of this, we have been without hot water for two days, which is extremely difficult, especially during the winter period. We contacted Triton here in Kildare, Ireland, but they informed us that we need to resolve the issue directly with Amazon because the model we received is different from the one normally sold in the UK/Ireland. Given the urgency of the situation, we kindly request an immediate solution, whether through a replacement unit or a refund. Thank you for your attention. We look forward to your prompt response. So far good happy with purchase

Having already purchased this shower for our main bathroom a year ago, we needed a shower For our ensuite and there was no doubt in our mind that we would purchase this one again for the ensuite because it is powerful, the temperature is consistent and practicality of having Both the fixed showerhead and the showerhead and flexible hose is fantastic. The shower looks modern and is very practical as the main casing is black and so there is no worry that the casing will develop the typical UV yellow that occurs with showers that are in a white case. Our plumber said that the shower was easy to install in our main bathroom and he’s very happy that we have purchased the same one again for our ensuite. Compared to other similar products on the market, this shower comes in at a much lower price which is very pleasing to the wallet! Would definitely buy again!

Looks nicer than my last electric shower.

Looks lovely and goes well with our brushed brass bathroom. Easy to install. Is completely silent. Power isn't great especially in the rain shower head but it works fine.

I installed the product and it does not heat the water. This is no use for any situation with reduced water pressure. Looks nice but not fit for use. This shower works with a cold main feed straight from the street under pressure. Don't buy if you are replacing a triton shower as most of them work on a gravity feed from the tank
