Can't fault it! Very quiet pump, easy to use, no issues. Very well put together in a quality well thought out build. Always use high-octane Diesel, or at least periodically. While high-octane Diesel doesn't directly assist in keeping the heater clean inside, it does allow a higher burn temperature. The higher burn temp means you can periodically run it at it's highest setting for half an hour to burn out all internal soot deposits common to all heaters. It will also use less fuel in general to maintain a specific temperature. The control is comprehensive and talks to you. This is an honest and reputable company with good support and all the reviews are genuine. This is unlike every other Chinese product out there that has 1000's of odd looking 5-star reviews. This is a genuine 7-star item and worth the extra money for the quiet pump and advanced control system alone. I use mine regularly down to -20C and it is very welcome when there is a blizzard outside.

A really good heater. Arrived well packaged and was easy to set up. The mains power adapter literally exploded five minutes after it was plugged in. The thing literally blew itself in two and tripped our breaker. We bought a much better quality replacement power supply and the set up is all working just fine. Shame that a really excellent product was let down by a cheap power supply. Update Sunster were very helpful, they contacted us and offered to send a new power supply. We rejected that option as we did not trust that brand of power supply. They gave us a refund for the cost of the power supply. The heater has been in use for a couple of weeks now in our little workshop at the end of the garden. Perfect! Small, quiet and unobtrusive. A five Litre tank of fuel will last several days of almost constant daytime running. Hubby is really pleased with his warm working environment.

Made a horrible noise to start with, the fan was rubbing, a bit of light manipulation and it went away. Otherwise seems reliable so far and gives off a good heat

An excellent diesel heater. All in one so no tricky installation needed. Just fill with diesel and connect the exhaust and hot air hose. Gives out lovely warm as air which can be adjusted with the push of a button. All seems good quality and being like a toolbox makes it easy to transport. 5 star rating from me.

This by far is appalling doesn't give out hardly any heat don't waste your money

Customer service above any expectation. Heater did have fatal issues which obviously happens to the best products time to time, especially to nocoff products. However it was replaced rather instantly with no crazy questions asked or making it difficult. The seller contacted me not the way around coincidentally at the time when I was already looking for different make of diesel heater. I was ready to pay again in hopes that it might not have issues I had. I highly recommend the seller. Best quick and on point service. I was offered refund but actually needed the product as it worked actually well. The diesel heater is in general far more expensive brand copy due to open patent. It does exactly the same job and it does it well. The product was sent from Germany warehouses instead of UK and hopefully it will serve well. Will fit it day after submitting this review. UPDATE: Used heater for couple of months now and it's working with no issues. I am heating camper and the unit being running in first gear, which is more than enough. I do believe that the actual 10 times more worth Webasto brand is no better in any means. I was driving articulated trucs with actual Webasto brand nights / or parking heater (the same as this one) and it did exactly the same job. All I did I purchase separately exhaust fitting bit to get it through the camper floor. It gives me the option to get it out in one minute in case I need it. So highly recommend the toolbox type heater.

Great heater for garage 3x9 mtr. I wouldnt say its toastie due to uninsulated wood garage, but it definetly takes the chill of.Very economical £5 of diesel it will run for 5+ hours. The app is slow but works once connected but not wifi so distance is limetrd.

One of the best . With auto relight, and indoor thermostatic control! Very quiet compared to my other diesel heater. Needs a very good 12v supply. In my mind a mains 240 v power pack is essential. Will get another one of these when my other one gives up it’s ghost!
