This product is off to a promising start! I have typical East Asian hair—jet black and very thick—so I needed to lather three times to fully work it through. After rinsing, my hair initially felt a bit brassy, but once I followed up with conditioner, it turned noticeably smooth and soft. The fragrance is absolutely glorious and really stands out. I also noticed very minimal hair fall—only about 2 strands during and after showering—which is a great sign for me. Overall, a great experience so far!

Excellent product made my hair feel soft and tangle free. Also found it easier to blow dry into the style that I wanted. A lovely fresh smell with hints of coconut. Great value especially as, you don’t need to use much.

This used to be my favourite shampoo/conditioner (had been using it for over a year), even over Kerastase. It had a lovely coconut smell, a very thick consistency consistency, a lovely light pink colour and by far the most hydrating I've ever used - showering felt magic. NOT ANYMORE FOLKS, something has changed since my last order and the quality has now gone down the drain, nothing in the conditioner feels the same. The ingredients on the bottle are still the same however, which can only mean one of the two: the product has been purposely watered down, or, the most recent batch is defective. Until this is addressed, I won't be purchasing another bottle - it's not even worth £8 on its current state. Edit - they offered me a free replacement and apologised for the error, apparently it was a bad batch. The replacement still wasn't the same as what I was used to have but it was much better. Haven't bought it since but at least they've gone far and beyond to rectify the error

Omg! This has actually changed my life (I know that sounds a bit far fetched but it's true!). I had a nanokeratin treatment which was applied incorrectly & left my hair feeling damaged & brittle. After searching for a shampoo & conditioner which was sulphate free I stumbled across NYK1 so gave it a try. The results are amazing! My hair feels soft & silky with my hair looking so shiny. I'm thrilled that my hair is so easy to maintain & drys perfectly without the need to straighten it. So it's saved me time & money as it's not as expensive as a lot of sulphate free shampoos. It's left my hair no longer feeling heavy or static which some conditioners can do. The customer service is also excellent! The product arrived quickly & was packaged well with a few nice extra touches. I received a free pump with my order & the option of ordering another one for free. I was thankful of the pumps as the bottles are big (great value for money though) & it's not easy to get the conditioner out of the bottle so the pump is great. All in all a great experience, so much so that I am looking at ordering other products with the company. I like the fact it is a small family run company based in Britain! I would highly recommend the shampoo & conditioner.

The first time I bought this I absolutely loved both the shampoo and the very creamy conditioner. I was running low so re-ordered it in March but didn't start using it until a couple of weeks ago. I noticed the conditioner was really watery unlike the first one. Gradually my hair started to feel very dry, like straw, and has gone a very brassy colour and my scalp is itchy. Looking at the reviews left by other people quality control seems absent. I won't be buying this again and what I've got left will be thrown away.

Review from person who used it: I used this instead of a bigger more expensive brand. Packaging is great as its cardboard and every thing is secure. For context, i have very fine hair. Shampoo Pro`s The shampoo does a decent job in washing the hair and smells great. Really gentle on the scalp and hair which is great. Good smell. Lathers well for a non sulfate shampoo and i didn`t have to use too much The mini treatment should last 4 weeks, when using this shampoo it lasted 7. Cons The hair had just had a mini keratin treatment but the hair was tangled a lot more than I was expecting which usually doesn`t happen Pros of the Conditioner: It is irritant friendly, I have an awful scalp and it didn`t irritate me at all and was gentle enough for daily use which is great. It has a nice smell, Rinsed well. Negatives Its that light weight it almost washes away on contact with your hand, put it on quickly. My hair felt quite soft and shiny after drying and styling but it was a bit lacking in the detangling department and wonder if it just a little too light weight as even been left on a few minutes it sometimes wasn't much easier. It definitely extends the treatment life, its a good price and its safe. If you have finer hair it might work for you but if your hair is very thick you might need a thicker conditioner or you will be using a lot of this product. On the whole, I wouldn't say i wouldn't rush to buy it every time but its decent enough if your on a budget and if like me you try to use free from shampoos all the time you could do worse. A solid 3.

Je n'avais pas fait attention à la contenance... J'avoue avoir été surprise de voir qu'une cuillère à café est plus grande que le produit lui même (bouchon inclus) ... Pour le mode d'emploi, sortez la loupe. C'est écrit en gris clair sur du papier blanc. Je changerai ma note si je vois que l'efficacité du shampoing efface le prix XXL d'un produit XXS ...

I’ve been purchasing this for over a year & it’s the best for my hair. Smells amazing & makes your hair super silky , shiny & healthy. Great for keratin hair extensions .
