Holy grail!!
Normally I don’t believe on reviews for medications on Amazon. Bought a few things and they didn’t work. My piles aggravated this time so bad that I wanted some quick relief. And I read reviews, I ordered this. To my surprise, this spray works like a charm. My pain has gone. The swelling seems to be reduced. This is a quick fix really! Must buy for piles people. Mint gives a cooling sensation. Thank you healing hands.

Needs Applicator pipe/Extension
This product needs a applicator pipe. Its effective only sprayed at right place where you feel discomfort but spraying in air below and hoping some vapours of the spray touch the hemmroids is less probable. You can spray when you are on commode but it won't do any good.... I am just struggling with how lame the manufacturer thoughts are, it's not a deodrant or perfume!!!!

It provides immediate relief and I think this is the most practical way of dealing with piles rather than any cream (hard to apply) or capsules.
