Worst fridge – stopped working in few days
I purchased Whirlpool 235 L 2 Star Frost Free refrigerator from Amazon on 31st August. From the first week it has problems. It is not cooling at all and makes very loud and annoying sounds like cracking and whistling. This is very disturbing and feels like a used or defective product was delivered. I trusted Whirlpool and Amazon but this is really disappointing. For such a big brand and price, the quality is very poor. Totally dissatisfied and would not recommend this fridge to anyone.

Pathetic service by whirlpool
It is a poor quality fridge, after using it for only 3 months, problem started, cooling stopped, technician took 8 days to repair instead of 48 hours, even after repeated calls, after sales service is rubbish

Functional, but don't expect looks or exchange value.
It works fine - yes. There is packaging film on the exterior - The fridge is manufactured in such a manner that the film cannot be completely removed. You end up with ugly bits and pieces of plastic that poke out from multiple places . The trade-in ( Exchange offer ) is a joke. They quote one exchange figure. Then on arrival and inspection, they back out using silly excuses. But by then you are already committed to one appliance, and you have already lost a few days waiting for delivery. Looks - Poor Exchange Value - Exceedingly poor.
