Worst service from Amazon, we have purchased new voltas beko refrigerator from Amazon, but the refrigerator has defective, it forms the ice from day one, I returned item,.but amzon people sent technician, he visited and told to change the item, I told it was new one, how you do repair I want to returned it, I tried returned this, amazon people told we didn't receive technician report, I called the amazon service told 20th March 2025 is the last day for return, he told don't worry we have already raised complaint so consider,.but today I got message that the complaint was closed, what is this kind of response, who want to buy defective item to repair day one
