As a professional photographer, I often stare at people's faces captured in 40 megapixels and zoomed in on a 30" screen... and I can assure you that no adult, not even a top model, could survive a 20x magnification with their dignity intact. So when you see The Horrors in this mirror, don't be alarmed, nothing's wrong with you. With that out of the way, a quick list of pros and cons: + Gooseneck lets you hang in a way that you won't have to bend over (much) over the sink to see yourself + Great magnification for ultra fine makeup work or spotting blackheads long before they become visible to the naked eye + It has a light! + The switch is actually a touch sensor, you don't have to press it, just touch + It's pretty cheap! + Very thin, so you won't be seeing double like with a thick glass mirror - Not even remotely waterproof, don't hang it in the shower - Not optically perfect, expect distortions - Focal length is quite short, so seeing your own ears, for example, would be quite an exercise in eye rolling - Built in light has a very low CRI, do not use it to judge color! Overall, a great mirror, especially for the money. Definitely recommend if for some reason you need this much magnification.

We have been using this product on 1 year now. This mirror is the best we have ever known. The light still works and the suction cup does great. The magnification is awesome, and the touch activation still works. Thank you seller for being honorable and selling a good product that works. It does fall off my mirror once every 3 months. So, the suction cup could be better. But, it is well built and does not brake when mirror detaches from bathroom mirror and falls to the counter. So it is well built and quality materials are used.

Update-I thought this mirror was chargeable and then would work on batteries, too. I was dumb. It works on batteries OR can be plugged into a wall adapter with the cable to use without batteries. Trouble is, you have to obviously be near a wall plug. On the other hand, it seems to eat thru batteries. New batteries and the light is pretty bright. A few short uses later and the light begins to dim already. So hard to find a good 15x mirror that doesn't cost as arm and a leg. Light isn't bright enough. You can set which one you want, hold the power button and the light goes down. Hold it again and it goes brighter than when it started, but it's just not right somehow. And I find the yellow light pretty much useless. The magnification is alright. Don't have to get quite as close as I did with my old 20x. But for some reason, I still have trouble doing and seeing what I need to. Maybe it's just my eyesight. I was hoping for something closer to how well I can see in actual outside daylight but magnified. It's back to the drawing board cuz this one is not it.

I bought this mirror in October of 2024 and I have used it once a week since then, sometimes less. The suction cup works great, the mirror has good magnification, and the light is bright enough for all of my needs. However, the attachment port for the USB cord is already wearing out. That means that when I plug in the light to the back of the mirror, it doesn't want to stay in place and now the light is flickering off as the plug slips out of the port. This is why I am wary of USB powered devices, because this seems to be a common issue. This is super frustrating, as I am well past the return window, but this light will not last for another 3 months.

Note—-this needs to be PLUGGED IN in order to use the light. The battery option lasts through a few brief uses and then pffft. Gone. However, plug this in and enjoy being able to see your contacts and putting them in. Expertly, neatly apply your your eyeliner, mascara, foundation. Want to inspect your skin? This mirror give a clear undistorted image and the light is brilliant but not so intense as to be uncomfortable. Every week or so, I twist the base and release the suction cup that holds it to my bathroom counter and redo that to make sure it doesn’t come loose and fall. Takes a few seconds, I wipe and dry the counter space and firmly push the mirror down with a little tiny bit of pressure and then twist the base. Works great. The footprint on my bathroom counter is small—about three inches across. The the benefits of this great little mirror are huge.

I was very surprised at the quality of this mirror and the Led light was such a bonus. Just love, love my new mirror which allows me to do my makeup without my glasses on.

The gooseneck on the stand does not match the picture. I am not stating that this is good or bad, just misleading, as the mirror stands much taller than in the picture
