FAVORITE granola on the market. Hands down!
My FAVORITE granola brand!! And things happen in shipping right? And in a heat wave. I first ordered the Vanilla + Cinnamon flavor (so far, I like the best!) and it was a bit of smaller clusters vs this bag of bricks!!! The texture is crunchy, the ingredients are high quality whole foods and digestible! This has a toffee-like, espresso flavor! I’m looking forward to trying the chocolate next, but I think I’ll always return to the Vanilla + Cinnamon option for versatility ☺️ I have moderate to severe digestive issues (including an IBD) and even in a flare, I can easily have a small handful of this, add it to my homemade ice cream, yogurt bowl or with some nut butter on an egg white wrap (TRY IT!) and I don’t worry about it causing stress on my gut. But I also feel satisfied eating it! Filling without feeling heavy like most granolas! And the sugar content?! Say goodbye! Without using artificial sweeteners or alcohols, I don’t have to worry about another added ingredient to make up for the fact that it’s not full of unnecessary, pro-inflammatory additives. It’s truly tasty and good grief a bag I can ACTUALLY reseal? That makes it easy to store and easy to eat when and how I want it. Final note: I love that it’s an extra source of whole-food fiber without causing MORE stress on my gut. (I’m a pro-gut girly who has had the extremes of the Bristol chart - IFYKYK - and this is among my favorite tools for regularity: LOTS of water, kiwi, green-ish banana and Julian’s ProGranola.) Love love love.

Espresso flavor is very good!!
Love this Espresso flavor!!it tastes like toffee in my opinion with a touch of coffee and I love it. I do really well with this, no stomach upset. It satisfies hunger and you don’t need to eat much. I eat dry sometimes and sometimes add to almond milk with pea protein isolate powder to have a great protein meal.

Very Tasty--but beware of overindulging
This is one of the tastier keto-friendly gluten-free granolas that I've tried. The only drawback is it caused me a little bit of gastrointestinal trouble from over indulging. I had one of those weird days where I was craving only cereal, so I had a bowl for breakfast, a bowl for lunch, and a bowl for dinner… I'll spare you the gory details, but suffice it to say I had to stay pretty close to the bathroom for about a day or so afterward. Good thing is I find that if I only eat one bowl, I don't experience the same effect. So I guess I'm subtracting a star simply because I can't make a pig of myself with this stuff. Ha ha! I've always loved granola cereals, but after developing some autoimmune issues, I had to quit eating most granolas because high carb foods aggravate inflammation. Really glad to see that more companies are now coming out with low-carb options. This one has a really great texture, and since I love coffee, too, this flavor really appeals to me.

Great Cereal ;-)
I am a weird one, I don't like wet cereal, I eat all cereal dry, this I eat the larger pieces as a trail mix thingy and the bottom of the bag gets like crumbs, so I add it to my yogurt, but I love it, the ingredeitns are good in my humble opinion, I look for soy free, erythritol free, low sat fat, low cholesterol...I also like low carb and high protein...thanks Julian Bakery for leaving the recipe the same too ;-)

Aspartame taste - Misleading info on ingredients!
Unlike other reviews, I thought the coffee flavor was spot on - no problem with it. What was a problem was the ASPARTAME taste AND what’s worse is it was 20 minutes of AFTER-TASTE! WHAT? Nasty. Reminiscent of “Sweet-N-Low” - disgusting. Nowhere on the packaging or in the description could I find a “sweetening” agent that would leave such a nasty after-taste in your mouth. Be warned - it is NOT slight as one reviewer wrote. In fact it is so gross, I am throwing it out. Would like an explanation from the manufacturer. Would rather it wasn’t sweet at all than have this taste. You’ve been warned. In addition, with a product marked as “0 Total Sugars AND No Artificial Colors or Flavorings”, I call B.S. What do you call “Espresso Flavor” as listed in the ingredients on the bag? Artificial is what that is. Does this product even pass FDA labeling regulations? I don’t like being mislead, yet I feel that is exactly what this company has done. I feel they need to address these issues. Disgusted.

Inconsistent product.
I want to love this product and I keep trying, but to keep it fair on the reviews I need to share. We buy here but also direct from JB and the quality of their granola is hit or miss and yes I have reached out to them directly to share my concern. Some bags contain little more than fine like sand pieces with a few big chunks, while other bags have larger chunks like a true granola. I can't use the bags with sandy type contents for much, so it is a waste. The bag I just opened this AM is mostly sandy with a minimal amount of quarter sized pieces. Again, consistency would be nice, especially at this price point. It is delicious, with PB and the new chocolate being our favorites. I will be looking for an alternative while JB works on their QC.

Cookies for breakfast!
Super crunchy, tons of egg white protein with seeds and coconut shavings, and only 97 calories!!! So this is nutritious, low-cal food with a crunchy texture. What's not to like? Expresso is my favorite flavor but the vanilla is great too. About half the bag or more is composed of the larger chunks which I call "coffee cookies". I separate them from the rest of the bag as soon as I open it. I can dunk them in coconut milk or my morning Teechino (coffee substitute). So good!!! The rest of the bag gets added to smoothies or hits a bowl with milk just like I used to eat regular cereal. Occasionally, there are fewer "cookies" than I want but that problem seems to be happening less often now. This granola has become my comfort food while I'm dropping weight. Thank you Julian's!!! Paleo granola is a hit in this household.
