Smells like expensive perfume
The people saying this conditioner smells bad are most likely used to the fruity floral, typical shampoo smell. This product smells like incense, high-end perfume, and sacred temples. It’s a gorgeous scent and you can smell it for days! But in all fairness, if you don’t enjoy oud or incense, you’re going to dislike the smell.

Hair feels chemically damaged
This was my first time purchasing this product and bought it based on the reviews. However, after using this conditioner my hair feels chemically damaged. I read the label several times over to identify what could be the cause and found nothing. I would not recommend this to anyone!!

Good for hair loss but not for me
It smells good like incense. It gave me red acne-like bumps on my scalp and inflammation, which is not good for preventing hair loss. I have fine irish curls. On my partners asian hair it works better and he doesnt have a reaction like I do. I gave it to him (:
