*** Primary Use ***: My previous headset died after 1 year and I thought of giving this a try. I used this for taking office meetings on Zoom and Teams. I asked people on the other end about my audio quality and they said only good things. Audio was clear and crisp. This is a big deal. I've used other expensive headsets in the past which costed almost double of this one and this one holds its ground.*** Unboxing ***: The packaging was neat and clean. Everything was arranged perfectly in the box, nothing moving around when I unboxed the headset.*** Hardware: The actual headset is made from plastic, but doesn't look or feel cheap. I like that the headset can be charged wirelessly using the dock and also with a regular type-C cable (included in the box). Having two additional type-C ports and two regular USB ports on the dock is a great feature! It will definitely help me get rid of other charging bricks on my desk.*** Overall Impression ***: It gets LOUD!!! I wasn't expecting these types of high-volume levels while maintaining clarity and generating a good bass. Its definitely not for audiophiles, but a good daily driver primarily for work. Overall, a great headset for the price with loads of features built-in. I tested it for 3 hours and the battery has yet to take any substantial hit after the use. The foam on the earcups has good padding and doesnt get uncomfortable after using the headset for an extended period of time. Having a physical microphone mute button is very rare these days. The physical volume rocker is placed nicely, and is easily within reach.I haven't tried the AI Noise Cancellation feature yet, but given everything else that goes right for the headset, Im sure it will also be good.I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wireless headset for work or for personal use.I will update this review if anything goes wrong over the next few weeks. This is my 2nd LEVN headset. I have one in my office with one ear piece so I can hear what's going on around me. I needed a new headset for a home office, and wanted one that covered both ears to block out sounds around me. I chose this one after much research! (yes I'm that buyer hahah).This item arrive much sooner than expected and the seller reached out once delivered to make certain I had no issues. That was an unexpected bonus.The quality for the price is great! It has a comfort design with plush materials that relieves pressure off the head and ears. The sound is crystal clear! It was so easy to set up. Zero connection issues!I love the charger base station. It has 2 USB and 2 micro USB ports to charge other devices. Very efficient! Highly recommend this headset!

I just had a baby and work from home. I know I needed to upgrade my headset so my callers don’t hear my baby whenever she is fussing and crying. I’ve had this headset over a month and given it 4 stars because I feel the only downfall is that they get uncomfortable after a few hours and I have to use it for 8 hrs a day. However they are reliable. Callers can hear me clearly when I review my call audits it sounds im in the house alone. occasionally I can hear something in the background but the caller wouldn’t even be able to tell it was a crying baby because she sounds very far away. With my old headset my computer would freeze up when switching from unavailable to available or from making outbound calls. Plus it’s wireless so if I need to let my dog out or grab water from kitchen or something I can easily get up without being bound to my desk all day…. I also like if I accidentally answer a call and forgot I didn’t turn on headset it easily connects without having to end call because with my old wired set if I wasn’t connected at the time I answered the call would drop. I’ve read plenty of reviews for more than one set and had ordered one prior to these that I ended up returning because callers complained over and over they couldn’t hear me … so if you been debating to get these! I would definitely consider them.
