Soothing effect
This cream helped my frozen shoulder. Not entirely or in a miracle way, but it definitely eased the pain and made it easier to do my exercises.

Did not work for me
Was hoping this would help for tennis elbow and it did nothing to stop the pain or heal it. Also tried it for my back and shoulders and carpal tunnel. Wanted to send it back but time ran out...
