Wow! This kit has everything that I find delightful: high quality components, thoughtful design, small packed profile, and seamless integration into my camping gear. The kit stays securely closed when not in use. After use, re-packing is easy and quick. The folding pan handle acts as the locking mechanism. The pan is high quality, which means it has a bit of weight, but it is so worth it for the quality of cooking. Are there still reasons to bring cast iron items, as well? Maybe, if you want to bake something to feed a group of people, or want to use a Dutch oven. One thing I particularly want to highlight is the design of the pan lid. It has holes for steam release and straining that are remarkably useful. One of those things that you usually *wish* someone had thought to include, only, in this case, they already have! Another useful feature is the non-slip cutting board. Well-made and easy to use because of the bottom layer which, when removed, can be used separately as a trivet. Brilliant! The kit includes two plates and two sets of cutlery. I like that each set is gathered on its own double-clipped S hook. This aids in smooth packing, for sure, but is a great way to hang your utensils if not in use, and to reduce the chances of losing individual pieces. Given that it is made by Stanley, I expected the kit to be of good quality, but this exceeds my expectations. Definitely worth the price and built to last for years to come.

I was a little hesitant to buy this set. It costs almost as much as the Stanley Even Heat Pro set, which is their premium offering for this sort of thing. There were also no reviews on it when I made my purchase, so I could not see what others thought about the set before making the plunge and committing to buying this thing. Believe me when I tell you, all of my worries were put to rest when I got this out of the packaging. The pan itself is excellent. It has very heavy cladding on the bottom, which may be a drawback if you're planning to take this into the field (Use the Stanley Adventure stuff for that) - but it is perfect for use in my camper. I live in a camper full time in the woods and it's been the ideal replacement for my old crappy non-stick pan that wore out. Put a little oil in it and eggs skate along the surface beautifully. The silverware it comes with might be some of the highest quality camp silverware I've ever seen - my only problem is that I can't track down an additional 2 place settings to expand this set - Stanley does not sell these utensils outside of the context of this set. The plates are fantastic and could double as replacements for Captain America's shield. I went ahead and tracked down 2 more of those to expand my set so I can cook for up to 4 people. The folding spatula is very high quality and one of the things that drew me to this set. (The folding spoon is available in the other Wildfare Pro set) The cutting board - eh, it works. It's fine. But it's not likely to be what draws you into purchasing this set. All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase and will continue expanding my Stanley collection into the future.

It seems to be well made, and it is nice for space saving. I have used it once so far, worked very well. The utensils that are included are better than I expected, very nice. Food did not seem to stick very bad, and it was very easy to clean. The size is perfect for camping.
