Never in 50+ years of driving have I had a car with such a pathetic dipped beam, which to me seemed to be dangerous as on occasion, on unlit country roads. I had difficulty seeing the road ahead, so decided to try LED bulbs. The bulbs appear to be of decent quality and were easy to fit without dismantling anything and have made a transformational difference with a bright white light, much brighter than expected. I can now see the road ahead clearly and no-one has flashed me to say they have been dazzled. There are no dashboard errors, no interference on FM radio and I couldn't hear the fans, although the bulbs may not have been hot enough for the fans to run. How long they last, time will only tell, but initial impressions are that these are a great upgrade. Only downside is that I believe they are an MOT fail and so will have to revert back to halogen bulbs for the MOT. Overall greatly impressed and good value for money. Recommended.

Install to Qashqai J11 - excellent. It significantly improved driving safety. Correct beam pattern, not a single complaint from other drivers, no errors. Brightness - excellent. I've started to see the road, at last. Stock bulbs are completely inadequate. It is hard to understand why they are putting such weak lights into the car. Here is my rant about it. Outside of the city with no road illumination and speed increased, you are driving blind in fact. I've lost my temper after near hit someone in the city, who was standing on the street in the night, dressed all black.. The only thing saved him and me from trouble, was some kind reflectors on pumps which I've noted in the last moment. After near incident, I’ve replaced bulbs and very pleased with result - I see everything on the road, as it should.

I had already replaced the standard bulbs with ones from Halfords that claimed to be “brighter” and “whiter” (which isn’t difficault considering the standard bulbs are akin to driving by candle light) but these are infinitely brighter and whiter than them. Worked with original fittings so no adapters or extra stuff required, very happy with them. Picture of one led fitted and one of the brighter and white Halfords bulbs for reference. Worth noting that despite searching for bulbs for my car make and model specifically, Amazon for some reason showed a load that are the incorrect fitting but fortunately the ones that arrived fit my van so they’ve gone in there instead and hopefully the correct fitting ones have been ordered for the car.

Very well constructed, very bright but flicker and flash tried them in 2 cars to make sure it wasn’t the car .. pretty disappointed

Bought these to upgrade a poor Halogen bulb in my motorbike (single bulb needed, this purchase is for a pair). The first bulb glitched almost immediately, showing full beam on cluster and appeared to have dipped and full lit at same time. Within 30 seconds of the test ride (very dark conditions) the bulb failed completely, luckily within safe distance of my house. Removed it and it smelled of burned electrics and the bulb casing was very hot. Quickly fitted the second bulb hoping it was a one off. Covered 3 miles without issue, so will review the second bulb here! 5 minutes to fit, completely idiot proof. Even comes with gloves to avoid skin oil damaging the system. Dipped beam is a very cool white and on my bike, made a substantial difference to visibility distance and clarity. Full beam throws quite high, and due to the mist and fog, I couldn't see anything other than a massive white orb in the sky, probably will be great on a clear night. Had to submit a return request due to failure of one of the bulbs, but looking at the other reviews, and the functional difference between the two in my pack, I am sure it was a one off faulty bulb rather than a reflection on the manufacturer and their processes.

I have warnings from the dashboard. The light seems to be ok, don’t know how long will it last. I read some comments mentioning that this will fail the MOT, do I need to change it back for the MOT if the warning light showing up all the time?

I purchased this for for a old Lexus and I must say I am very impressed of the packaging and warranty , gloves included for installation replaced halogen bulbs with these , it has a cool white light instead of the yellowish halogens, has made the car look more modern , the beam pattern is better than expected which shocked me maybe because my headlights come with 2 bulb options halogen or hid which I think has made my beam pattern spot on , if you have the same situation , i highly recommend these bulbs it also has full metal body with fan for heat dissipation.

These were a direct replacement for the H7 bulbs fitted to my 2007 VW Golf. But the bulb warning light appeared a few moments after they were turned on. After cycling through the on/off a couple of times the warning light went off. After a short period, the warning light reappeared. The lights also flickered and then shut off. Sorry these are not compatible with the VW Golf Mk5 2007 EDIT - I think my review was a little harsh. These bulbs might work in other cars so be prepared in case they throw up an error. When they were working the light was really good. Just disappointed it didn't work for my car 🤔
