Fantastic performance, the best looking and most useful interface ...
Update December 2020:I had switched to another router for a while and had this in the closet for backup. I upgraded my Internet connection from 400mb to Gigabit and my 'new, better' router simply would not recognize the new speed even after a factory reset Pulling out the WRT32XB and made a few tweaks and fell back in love with this router. The interface has all the major categories you'd expect and enough detail for most people, anyone suggesting you don't get enough management features on this router hasn't looked closely. The best part, two Xbox units on the network all the time with open NAT and zero effort/configuration on my part. I have a decent amount of IoT devices on my network, plus 2 smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, personal laptop, work laptops and 2 Rokus and they are all rock stable and fast.I've tried more recent Netgear and TP-Link routers and all had mixed issues. No router is perfect but this one is still pretty great. We work from home now and network performance is important. We can both be on 'Brady Bunch' Teams calls with zero lag and sharp images. I spend hours VPNd into our systems at work doing administration and never drop connection. And you can turn off the activity lights on the front of the router, which should be a mandatory feature on every router on the market.I would not hesitate to recommend this router___________________________________________________________________________Fantastic performance, the best looking and most useful interface Linksys has ever released, great range (1800 sq ft home totally blanketed on all 3 floors). Good admin options, frequent updates and easy but effective device prioritization.

A great Router with easy to understand functions
This router uses Quality of Service (QOS) to prioritize your traffic in an easy to understand format. You basically drag and drop your connected devices to determine what has higher priority on your network. You can place a computer or game console as a higher priority while leaving a cell phone or tablet low on the list ensuring that your gaming or file downloads get priority bandwidth. The user interface is extremely user friendly and intuitive. Functions such as port forwarding are just a single click away and are extremely easy to set up without the need to reset the router after. The biggest surprise was the appropriate ports for Xbox Live were open giving me an open NAT type on the service.Overall a solid router with a beautiful configuration interface, solid wireless performance, and easy to use features.

Its pretty decent, was hoping for more. Expected new. Got a used one.
Was disappointed when i realized the one i bought was used. I could tell by the way the cords were packed back in and logging in it had a password on it and had to be reset. Also because it was used, the Xbox games pass was nowhere to be found. But i tested everything and it all works, for now. When i use it at my apartment i wkll update if i have any firther troubles. For now it seems like it will work. Also the UI is pretty simplified, i like having more advanced settings, but being a product sold specifically for xbox users i can see why it would be marketed towards a less tech savvy crowd and more towards a plug and play type group.Update: bumped from 3-4 stars. Router works well. Istarted getting more devices so i upgraded to one with WIFI6. My new phone is the only device that uses wifi6 but it also handles wofi devices a little better. When i had this router, i was running Ethernet to everything and using switches to increase ethernet capacity. It works great, especially with Xboxes, and even gaming computers that have the Killer brand netowork interface cards. The rputer prioritizes those over other connections if desired.

Worth every penny!
I've been using this router for a few months and its time to write a review. Simply put this router is awesome. The 5 ghz channel is blisteringly fast. I disabled the channel priority settings and assign all my devices to the channels I want them to use. I have found from past experience this avoids the system freaking out when you have multiple devices all trying to log on at the same time. Speed wise this router is hard to beat. If your into cloud gaming I can assure you this will play Geforce Now and Stadia (not yet launched but tested on the beta service) along with other cloud services with no problems. My Xbox plays multiplayer through this router with zero latency. The interface is simple and I would go as far as to say a little to simple. It does do the job and I would recommend this router to any gamer.

Poor Quality Product, the 5 GHz Band Never Worked Consistently
Worked well for about 3-4 months, then the 5 GHz band started going out and by the end it would only operate on the 2.4 GHz band, which was terrible quality and not able to meet our needs. It slogged its way through about 16 months of use with about 3-4 of those being near the quality we expected for a 300 dollar router. Really poor quality, especially for the money. It also had a weird thing with the Apple products in our home, even when it was going well. Not sure if that was specific to our tech or if it is a problem with the router. Given the other issues, I would lean toward the router being the problem. I should have replaced it from the beginning of the issues. I got an Asus RTAX86U and now I am a hero in the house because everyone can use the internet at the same time. Avoid the doghouse and do not buy this router.
