These vitamins were a great find for me. I have a problem digesting food and vitamins. These vitamins are so easy on my stomach and they have made a tremendous difference in my health and well being. First thing I noticed after 1 week was that my energy level was improved. Then around the second week my mood improved. These positive effects are probably due to the fact that my body was metabolizing them. Whatever the reason I’m glad I found them because my days are so much better. Please don’t stop making them. They have been a blessing for me plus I only take 1 a day.

On my second bottle. Maybe I never actually absorbed my vitamins before? Because these are seem effective -my skin, nails, hair all improved. My digestion has been great and sleep. Also love that I’m getting b vitamins and iron in this. Love the price too.

Really satisfied with this multivitamin. After researching lots of options available on the market right now this one had the best vitamins across the board. With these pills I was able to stop taking Vitamin C, Biotin, and iron in addition to a daily multivitamin as this provided all the supplements I needed in the daily two pills. Average size larger pill so easy to swallow. 4 out of 5 for flavor as can have some odd heartburn after taking if not taken with food. No side effects and quickly noticed less bloating and more energy!

I noticed my new growth in hair is coming in much faster then before I started taking these. I am over 50 and this has not only helped grow my hair it has taken the bloating in my stomach down and I feel like I have more energy. I will be purchasing again!
