Good sea moss, gone quickly
Nice, tastes okay, not a very strong lemon flavour, good for gut health, did get used very quickly however.

Helped with bloating
First time trying sea moss so I was a little skeptical.The one I bought didn’t have any flavour, but really enjoyed it in my coffee, tea, and smoothies.Not sure if I’m imagining it, but I do feel that it has helped with my bloating.I think I’ve grown enough confidence to now try the flavoured ones 😄

Don’t always trust what they say
I bought this gel as ready in many places and social media that clears the skin. Awful, it made my skin break around the lower part of the face so much. Acne was under skin . As soon as i stopped they all cleared.
