Nice HOT showers
We take this camping and it provides really nice hot showers! Love it a lot. It's very convenient that you can use the smaller propane tanks on it and I get about 8 showers out of a tank. This was a great buy and we've really enjoyed being able to take hot showers on demand. I am giving this 5 stars because the product really is great but I am going to list out some cons for people to be aware of. The cons: The power button is on the bottom, so to turn the unit on and off you have to pick up the end. Really odd place to put it. The manual is beyond terrible. The only charger that comes with the unit is for a cigarette lighter. Not only do not all cars have cigarette lighters anymore but you have to drive around forever to get it charged. You can purchase a plug to charge the unit but the manual doesn't tell you what you have to buy. You have to call customer service to get the information you need. Overall, once you get this set up it's very easy to use and gives a great shower. Lightweight and you can take a really nice long shower with just 3-5gallons of water.

Lacks basic accessories and functions
I did a lot of research into this unit before purchasing. Imagine my disappointment when it came and there was no way to charge except via a car. If I wanted to charge from my house, I would have had to spend more money for a different adapter. Supposedly it can be hooked up to a hose, but it seems as if the design favors getting water from a creek, river, lake, etc. Again, more $ for an adapter. No thanks.

No AC to DC charging recommended (per manual)
Works great, happy with the performance after having had it a month. I do have a complaint. The only charger that’s provided is the cigarette plug style. The manual says don’t use a AC to DC adapter. I don’t understand why they engineered it in a way that would eliminate the possibility of AC charging. So your left with having to use your car, generator or power station. Not a problem for a lot of people but it also is a problem for a lot of people. Would be nice to be able to charge it in your house. Very disappointed with the shallow thinking of that design.

Waste of money!
Worked about 4 times well, after that worked about 50% of the time a few times. Now won’t charge. Waste of money.

UPDATED REVIEW: 2nd Chance Worked GREAT!!!
UPDATE: The first one I received did not work at all. It had a faulty igniter. I contacted the seller via Amazon, and they immediately shipped a replacement. I have since used the replacement three separate times, and it works great!!! As long as that continues, I will be very happy, as I love the way this system works and packs down. So far their customer service to fix their problems has been great. I changed my review to 4 stars based on these factors. ORIGINAL: I purchased this before an off-grid camping trip. The directions are good and simple, but, just like other reviews, it did not work. I got the error code E3 and could not get the heater to ignite the propane. I am currently in the process of sending it back and getting a replacement. I will update you once I get it. Unfortunately, I did not have a hot water solution for my trip. They should fix their product to work every time.

Self contained
Charge it. You can do it while driving with the provided cigarette lighter charge plug. Screw on a propane bottle. Get a bucket of water. Drop the included pump into the bucket of water. Switch it on (to run off the internal battery, they hid the switch on the bottom) You get hot water out the fine spray wand. It's that simple. Doesn't have to hang off anything. Just set it on the ground. Pretty sure I even saw something about a tip over switch. Doesn't need an external pressurized water supply. You do need a propane bottle, and it does use it pretty fast. But that is what it takes to make hot water fast. It is internally limited to 120°F. Try and go hotter and it goes into a safety shut down. Pretty small. bigger than a shoe box. More like a boot box. If someone really wanted it bad enough, I bet you could even pack this for moto-camping. Might be making a few other sacrafices, but I bet it could be packed on a motorcycle.

Worked well for about 2 trips but then stopped igniting. I tried different regulators and attachments relating to propane but same this, it’s something internal. Won’t allow propane to ignite. Pretty upsetting…. *update, they sent me a replacement after a quick troubleshoot. I am happy with this product*

Purchased the Nano 3 Pro and it functions fine but the temperature of the water is not very hot. On the max temperature setting it’s still very cool. If you test the water temp directly as it exits the shower head it’s warmish but to have a shower with the head further than a foot or two away from you the water feels mild to cool. Otherwise it’s an ok unit. Wish it was warmer. Possible solution that I have found. If the water is cool to start with then I’m simply running the heated water from the unit back into the bucket which brings it up to a better starting temperature. Essentially heating the source water a little.

Who does everything we needed to do hot water doesn't take a lot of water to do people can shower one behind the other on 20 L of water and still have water left in The Jug and not being a hurry to shower it's awesome
