Perfect pan
I've needed a new saute pan for quite some time and have recently been replacing all my old nonstick pots and pans with stainless steel. This pan is awesome. Not only is it big enough for all my needs in the kitchen, it it is sturdy and well made. Being stainless steel makes it easy to clean and I don't have to deal with nonstick coating wearing off. This is a pan that will last a lifetime.

Large deep skillet with lid
This pan is so heavy duty heat evenly and is so easy to clean. I was so impressed with the quality of this pan. I only cook with restaurant quality and this far was a great buy at a great price super quality.

Very good design, value for the money!
Awesome product, excellent finish, easy to clean by hand wash or dishwasher, very efficient distributed heating of the product, it is as good as non stick, nothing sticks to the inner surface, value for money, dishwasher safe and Oven safe, very sturdy!

Good product, awesome customer service!
It's a great pan, great size and cleanup was a breeze. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is, after using it a few times (maybe 5) just for blanching vegetables, it developed some white pitting.. I'm sure it would'nt affect the cooking. Since I've had it less than a month, I had it exchanged. They immediately sent out another (awesome customer service) and hopefully this doesn't happen again. I'll keep you updated!

Function and shipping and packaging
Function Requires the long handle to be screwed on and comes with nuts handle and wrench to attach. After attached have extra nut. Easy assembly. No defects in the metal. Smooth handle easy to hold. Pan bottom is flat to avoid scratching glass top of your cooking surface. I have been using steal pans for 20 plus years and have loved them, but their handles were failing so had to replace mine, also due to my old handles being plastic I could not put them in the oven. it is nice and deep for sauce or making stir fry dishes. Due to its size the second handle is needed to lift. The other reason I got this was for the induction option. It does work with induction just fine. Keep in mind with induction the size of the coil or the magnetic part may not cover the full 12 inches of the bottom of this pan, so you will need to move the food around to get it to cook. Make sure to look at the coil size not what size of pan it will hold. Shipping and Packaging Arrived on the date it reported on the order status. Came in two boxes. I am assuming that was because Amazon wanted to keep the contents a secret. The outer box was a perforated edge, and I prefer this because no tape was used. The inner box was taped with traditional packing tape. The lid, pan and handle were in a plastic bag. The handle was wrapped in bubble wrap. The nuts and wrench are in a small plastic Ziplock type bag. Instructions simple and easy to do. Chefmate might want to work on more ecofriendly packaging. The pan itself has my eco vote. Time will tell if the pan holds up, but I am really happy with the feel and performance so far.

works great
My new favorite pan! It has great heat distribution and works great! It is a great heavy duty pan and cleans up well in the dishwasher. I do recommend using med/high heat to start with, high is just to hot for this pan and will burn your food.

Picked up this pan to familiarize myself with stainless steel cooking, without spending $100+ on a name brand pan. This is an excellent value considering the lid. I’ve not experienced any issues with the welded studs used fasten the handles, and really appreciate how it makes for a completely smooth interior surface with no rivets to clean around. The cladding thickness is good for this price point, the handle is comfortable and stays cool, and the glass lid comes in handy. Heating seems to be relatively even, though I’ve not performed a proper water boil test to confirm bubble distribution. No major sticking issues, I can cook any protein with relative easy, make pan sauces with the fond, and a little Barkeeper’s Friend cleaner helped with any films, rainbowing, or stains. A year in and it looks great. That all said, it has warped in the center, so it now spins rather easily on our glasstop stove. That’s the only reason I’m knocking it down a star. Maybe the design and manufacturing could have accommodated the center pushing out a bit so it would still sit flat after months of use, who knows. I’ve been careful to not get the pan too hot (never over medium heat on properly sized burners,) it cools slowly, yet this still happened. The pan isn’t ruined, it’ll still work for sautéing and oven braising, but I’ll be relying on a new set of Made In stainless clad frying pans for the bulk of main dish cooking from now on.
