These were absolutely fun me and my two nephews built three of them together and had a race and they were so much fun easy to understand easy to assemble and very educational for the boys one is eight and the other is 12

Great kit! Required a little bit of alignment fussing to get steering and drive motor functioning smoothly. Remote works well. Love that it uses standard AA cells which can be replaced instantly when drained! Good value and just-right difficulty for tweens and teens.

Great project but hard! My son is 13 and he had help from his 19 year old cousin who is a college student and super smart - and he said it was a challenge 😜…fun for sure though.

Bought a couple of this brand STEM toy for my eight year old granddaughter for Christmas and she loved them. They seemed very well made and very well priced. The instructions made it easy for her to build the kits on her own with little help. One was walkie talkies and the other a AM radio. So I decided to give her this race car which I had sent to her. Her mom sent me a video of them all enjoying "driving" the car around. I hadn't realized it was also remote control! Again, it is well built and very affordable. I have been pleasantly surprised at all three products.

I am so excited to give my oldest this present for his birthday! He is going to love it a lot! He loves to build stuff all the time. It is absolutely perfect!! He is incredibly smart so I know he can figure it out!

The value for the dollar is incredible. They pack a lot of technology and fun in an inexpensive kit. Very impressed. The kit has very good instructions and visual depictions. The frame of car is wood and is die cut so you just push it out. You can sand the edges if you want but it’s not required. You can even stain it or paint it but that’s up to you and your child. This kit gives a child insight into the making of a remote controlled vehicle.

Sadly after all that assembly, the motor does not give any power once this car is complete and put on a smooth even surface. The motor works if the car is in your hand, but not enough power once set down. Fresh batteries and good wire connections were confirmed.
