English Electric Under Counter Freezer EEF085H 91 Litre 55cm wide, White, Reversible Door - 4 Freezer Drawers (EEF085H) E rated [Energy Class E]

Quality materials, robust freezer, value for money. Unpacked checked for any transit damage to outside of freezer....NO damage perfect!!. Cleaned inside freezer as per instructions and powered it up, set clearly marked thermostat to max and left few hours for temperature to stabilise. Added freezer stuff, from my failed Zanussi all bells and whistles ( electronic control board failed after 4yrs replacement cost £120!!.) That's why I bought English Electric mechanical thermostat, no leds or fast freeze controls, but it does the job freezes my food. Checked temperature with digital thermometer was surprised to see it displaying minus twenty degrees centigrade. Food capacity slightly smaller than my previous freezer but still ample space.

I googled for frost free freezers and this was on the list. However I have discovered it is not, so I'm back to defrosting a couple of times a year :(Still it's a nice freezer, smart, with an enclosed back. There is plenty of storage space.One problem though. The door is rather hard to open. This can be a good thing, indicating it has a good seal, but my grip is not what it was so it feels difficult.It sits where my oven used to be quite nicely. No more oven for me, can't afford the running cost.

Excellent freezer

I bought this as a back up and overflow freezer for my main freezer in the garage. At the moment it's sitting in the study waiting for a permanent home; but it is so quiet and compact I don't mind it being there.It has four drawers which means that each one is quite small, but I can cope with that as it is not the only storage space I have for food. The amount of food that can be frozen from fresh at any one time is limited but again because I have a large freezer as well it isn't a problem for me.

Looks great, not cheap and nasty looking like most freezers you see nowadays. and works beautifully. The only negative is the draws are two small, there is 4 but not deep enough, would have been better with 3 deep draws the you could fit more in.

Great under counter freezer. 4 box draws. Good amount of space. Would buy again
