Actually seems to help. No taste and dissolves pretty well. I use it in my coffee every morning.

Easily mixes in cold and hot liquids. No noticeable flavor and provides enough fiber to help with constipation.

I can’t believe I like this stuff as much as I do. I had my gallbladder removed right out of college (gallstones - rare to have at such a young age). Even though the doctors tell you that you don’t need your gallbladder, you absolutely do feel the difference when it’s gone - just the digestion of your foods can be all over the place since there’s no regulating the bile in your stomach. What ends up happening is I usually have to go to the bathroom several times a day and any regular BM stopped after the GB was removed. But with this stuff I just had a small teaspoon to my yogurts, sports drinks, and even coffee am am now regular as clockwork. I can’t believe I went so many years without getting this stuff. The Metamucil never worked with me. It was gritty and I could taste it. But this stuff…you don’t taste anything but it sure does work.
