Bought as a gift for child's birthday, loved building and playing with it

Item arrived in non original brown card box very badly wrapped, I wanted to return it because it was ordered by mistake my son wanted another motorcycle not this one, I opened the bag to place it for return so that the item can be seen by the courrier, I was shocked by the state of the item.
