I’ve been using this jaw exerciser for.ore then a week and can already feel a difference in my jawline and movement. It’s easy to use, fits well in my mouth, and has just the right amount of resistance. It feels strong and durable, and cleaning it is simple. It’s a great value for the price. Some parts felt a bit uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it quickly as the feeling is new. Overall, really happy with it!

I purchased both the blue and the black. I still have the black one. It helped define my jawline pretty well. One thing I will say for people who want a more angular look for their jaw is that you want to focus more on the front teeth biting than the side teeth with this. If you focus too much on the side bite, you may get more of a rounder face. Just try to work your front teeth when exercising. Put the mouthpiece in like normal but try to use more of your front teeth.

Works like a charm. If you get a soft rubber ball, squeeze it between chest and chin, 4000 reps along with this jaw compression device, it will look as if you had a professional facelift. That is what my friends are assuming. They actually thought I spent good money on my face, hahahaha!

It’s too big goes too far back in the mouth and triggers my gag reflex. I can’t even use it and unfortunately I didn’t try it in time so they returned window was closed so it’s just a waste of money.

The product arrived earlier than it's expected time which is a plus. So I've already tested it out on the day of receiving it. Naturally too early to say if there will be visual results but honestly I was feeling the workout. It's got that resistance to give the cheeks and jaw a workout so no doubt that it's doing it's thing. It's tough and sturdy while biting down then releasing so in my opinion it's good quality. Also it feels safe that it's not going to shoot down the back of the throat as it's build like a mouth guard. Honestly I've got nothing negative to say about this right now, it's what I wanted and expected and it actually feels like a workout for my jaw, in the long run it's saving me alot of money on gum.
