I really like the taste of these gummies. They are a bit too sweet for my taste, but only 3g of sugar for 2 gummies, so not bad. I also think that biotin really helps with my nails, making them stronger and grow faster.

Of all the gummies I have taken over the years, Carlyle's BIOTIN 10,000 Gummies are the most delicious! The peach flavor is so close to tasting like a delicious, ripe, juicy summer peach! Wow! It is my favorite by a mile. So, just in case you were wondering, I can vouch for this one being deliciously amazing. My hair appreciates it too.

So, I have to change brands because these are so tasty I ate the whole bottle in a week! It's not a terrible review, but maybe make them less delicious?! I have no idea if these are helping or not but I definitely gained 3 lbs! Aaaaaaaaa Hahahaha! I guess I need to not buy candy supplements. These are honestly only for people with a modicum of self-control.

Great buy for improving hair and fingernail growth. And gummies are certainly easier than swallowing another pill.
