Perfect for me.
I got a small as recommended. I’m 5’6” 140lbs. Fitted, comfortable, works. I love it. It has a stretch to it so you can breathe, but feels secure. The straps are secure and out of the way. There are 3 sets of hooks with three more eyes for an adjustable fit. Great quality.

Comfortable and functional, best waist trainer I’ve ever owned.
I love this product. I always use waist trainers when I run because it feels nice and tight, supports my back, and makes me sweat more. This vest gives complete range of motion and is very comfortable to wear. . Other waist trainers often use velcro to attach and the velcro gets old after use and washing (in the washing machine, cold, in a pillowcase). This one has a zipper and fastens more securely without letting loose. Because of the design, it also helps to keep the breasts from shaking too much as they are supported underneath and at the sides, added bonus! The only comment I have is that the shoulder straps are a tad long but you can adjust by pulling the vest down more. All in all a great addition to my workout wardrobe. Love it!

Good product.
I am 5’6 and weigh 170 and ordered the medium and small. The medium was a little big and the small fits tight (Good tight) but doesn’t zip up all the way. Since I am in between sizes I kept the small and it does what it is supposed to. It definitely helps your posture and it makes you sweat. It is definitely comfortable enough to wear all day but I choose to only wear it when I work out.

Fit like it say
It was cute. I like the comfort and the durability of the fabric wrinkles along the back, the fit wasn't secure enough and I got a small size. stability is good and the warmth was good

Fits as expected; works as advertised
Size: I'm 5'4" 135lbs, so based on several reviews saying it runs big, I ordered the extra small, but I couldn't even get the zipper to connect, so I returned it for a small, and the small is exactly what I would expect. It's a bit of work to get it zippered, but that's how it should be. Length: Other reviews said it's really long. Now my perception may be skewed because I have a long torso for my height, but for me, it's just right, and even though I have a long torso, I'm still only 5'4". Sweat: Some reviews said it doesn't increase sweat, but it absolutely does - and in a good way. It makes you sweat while absorbing most of it, so the vest itself isn't dripping, but it definitely does what it's supposed to do. Cons: I power walk, so it's chafing at my underarms/side boob/bra fat. But that's kind of to be expected. The bottom part of the zipper does dig a bit into my belly, so I would recommend undies that come up under it. It doesn't shift, though it does buckle slightly, so I wouldn't wear it as a corset under regular clothes, but it does the job for working out. Overall, I have to give it 5 stars because it fits as it should, and it does the job it's advertised to do. I am pleased and considering buying another one for daily wear (I work from home, so no one would ever see it) because it also provides back support and forces you to keep your core tight. All in all, I highly recommend it. But do measure before deciding on your size. And it occurs to me that I should probably mention that while the small fits as I would expect, I have a relatively wide back for my size, so that probably had plenty to do with why I couldn't get the extra small to zipper. Just something to keep in mind. For me, the small is just right, and if it really does work the way I think it's working, it's my hope that I'll have to order an extra small in a month or two.

Pretty good overall!
Expectation and Performance: It’s pretty much what I expected, which was a tight fitting wet suit type vest that makes me sweat. I have not done a full workout in it, only worn it around doing daily activities and cleaning around the house. I incorporate small exercises into that routine and I did notice an increase in sweat under the vest when I did those. When just wearing it around I still noticed that I was sweating under the vest without having to raise my heart rate, but it doesn’t make my whole body sweat just wearing it. I wasn’t expecting it to, but I just wanted to say that in case you were. Fit: I’m 5’8”; 122lbs; Chest: 34”; Waist: 27.5”; Hip/Pelvic Bone: 33.5” (the vet hits me about about 1” below my hip/pelvic bones). I got a small. The vest fits me exactly with a little compression. It will be the right size for when I do work out as it's not too constricting. I like the length as well and it stays in place. However, I would like to have a smaller size available so I could have more compression when not working out. I would also like to have a little more coverage across my upper back and shoulders. Complaints: Really, my only complaint aside from wanting a tighter fit for more compression is that I occasionally find the front “arm pit” area can chafe after extended wear and repeated forward arm movements. There is a neoprene smell to it, but it is neoprene and neoprene smells like neoprene. So that should be expected. This is my first experience with a sauna vest so I don’t have another product to compare it to. Overall I’m pleased with the vest and would recommend it. You can easily wear it around and no one would know, except for the slight neoprene odor and occasional “whooshing” sound it makes when you move around.
