Very misleading, felt like I was being electrocuted wasn’t a relaxing experience at all even the lowest setting was hideous never again felt more like a shock collar than a relaxing device 😂

My wife has been suffering for weeks with an inflamed bursa in her hip,had one cortisone injection but waiting for a top up.The pain has been pretty bad so de ided try something to help.Started off on more gentle settings and it worked,gave her pain relief for the first time in weeks. Great product and will get more pads.

Didnt work even after charging it for a few hours. Was looking forever to testing the 8 different modes and the 19 different intensities. Even though it comes with no instructions, it was easy to use (middle button mode, outside buttons intensity). Unfortunately i cant tell you if it is value for money or how good the battery life is or the pain relief. What i can tell you is the customer service is excellent and i am waiting for a full refund, which they authorised straight away (hench the 2 star)
