I wanted to try a foot detox to see if I'd overall feel better and help stimulate my slow lymphatic drainage I have. I felt great after 5 days of nightly use, worth 4 stars. The adhesive left a sticky residue after I removed then the next morning so I had to wipe my feet off. There wasn't any dark staining to my feet as the pad absorbed it all. It says to wear sicks to make sure the pads stays on properly which I did the first night, didn't care for bc I dint wear socks to sleep. Next remaining nights I used without socks with no issues with adhesion. Great quality product for economical compared similar products. I'll continue to use these in my regime.
