Please don't buy any product of Ptron, sound box worked only for week. After claimed warranty, company advised sent product to company for replacement at our own cost. After returning product, same not replaced by company. No response on email as well as customer service number. Worst ever experience. Product quality not good. Service also worst. Don't buy any Ptron product. AMAZON only selling this product, after sell service worst by Ptron company. Fraud company. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. NOT RESPONDING AFTER SALES SERVICE. NO WARRANTY AT ALL. This party speaker is very nice in quality. it has a good quality of a 60 watts sound with heavy bass. Battery backup is good upto 4-5hours of full charge. Weight is very light so it is easy to carry. It comes with Mic so we can use it for karaoke. It has FM, Aux, Bluetooth. Overall it was a good product.

The speakers are loud and clear but not much bass is there. This is not at all an issue but not good for partys. The battery life is very good. The mic's is also very clear. The design is nice for keeping it in small places. Connectivity is only available till 2 or 3 metres away from the speaker as it is bluetooth 5.2. it is very easy to use.

If you really want your life to look like as clown, go ahead and purchase this product. This PTron speaker doesn't have Bass Support. If you boost maximum volume in the Bluetooth speaker it comes with distorted voice. Despite being advertised brilliantly, I must say that the Bluetooth speaker is not worth the money.
