Used in professional business and makes nice tarts

I got these to make an old recipe I have for lemon tarts. They are a really nice quality ring and a good width of stainless steel (not at all thin like the “cheap” rings that bend). Perforations are good and all the rings are uniform in shape. I like the perforations as I think they make my crust a little more crispy. I hand washed my rings and they washed up well (of course they were coated with butter, so not much dough stuck). I like that they came with a silicone brush for adding the melted butter. Five stars.

These are quite versatile, but probably better for unbaked desserts. I did use them to make some twirly-whirly buns - this was strictly for fun and testing. I was making the buns anyway and tried a few out in the rings. They were not easy to release, so I do recommend greasing the rings really well if you intend to bake in them. Also, I had to leave the buns on a rack to cool down for a bit before I could remove them. This was no problem; since there is no base and the rings are perforated, there was no moisture build up as one would normally have when cooling baked goods in a baking pan. I love this 12 pack of tart rings. They are easy to get the baked goods out of and make your items look so professional. I cook with them on parchment paper.I was most concerned about getting the perforations clean or having to scrub them. I just tossed them in my mixing bowl to soak while I was doing other things and then just put them in the dishwasher and they came out clean.I think you can use these for more than dessert tarts. I actually made muffins in them and they were outstanding and no muffin pan to clean.I would purchase these again, and they are a great gift item for the aspiring cook, and a good value for 12.

My wife is a baker and whenever she is using ring molds, they often don't hold their shape all that well. Since finding these, she no longer has to adjust the rings and since there are 12, there is no break in her baking whenever making something like biscuits or pastries that require the use of ring molds. These are very strong, made well, and very easy to clean. A great find for any baker.

This is a nice set of pastry rings in a good size. The perforations assist with ensuring a non-soggy pastry. These can be used on a pan as a tart form or can be used to bake a round strip of dough for creative pastry desserts. The pastry brush is a nice additional touch as you probably should grease the ring for use for easy release of dough after baking. The metal seems quality; good thickness (not thin and flimsy) and smooth (no rough edges). Nice set!
