These are serious exercise bands. They are well made and very sturdy. They make you work when you use them but isn't that why you bought them in the first place?

I liked this product but where I am very weak in my arms, the bands were really too tight for me but I'm still using them to try and stretch them out a little.

Works good and you get a variety

Bought these to continue PT on my own for an arthritic hip. They have more resistance than I thought. Even the lightest offers more than enough for what I need. I've been using them daily for a bit over a month, and still as good as new.

I order these band to add to my collection of exercise equipment.

Resistance should be advertised in lbs ie: 2 ,3,4.
