This thing is amazing! I brought it when I was doing flooring and was consistently bent over all day, this back for work amazingly and I still have it, been over eight months now I believe I’m still working great

This back brace provides excellent support, extending from the pelvis up to just below the chest. The height and double-wrap design let you adjust the compression level, adding extra stability with adjustable side straps for a snug fit.I wear it comfortably all day, and it’s discreet under my shirt. For sizing, I’d recommend going down a size; I have a 41" waist and found that a large fits better than an extra-large.This brace not only supports my back but also helps train my stomach muscles and core muscles, making it a great choice for all-day wear.Can't even tell it's on under my shirt.

Works great

Initially the belt provided good support. After about 1 month, one of the Velcro straps stopped sticking and kept coming off. I would not recommend this product.
