The overall experience was very good.
The chainsaw works excellently for both small and large logs, and the price point makes it very affordable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Pros: Effective cutting performance on various log sizes, Budget-friendly pricing, Good overall build quality, start-up quickly. Cons: High lubricant oil consumption - the oil drips even when not in use, requiring frequent refills during operation Need to maintain proper chain tension at all timesImportant Tips: Keep the oil tank filled proportional to your work time due to continuous oil usageAlways keep the chain properly tensioned - never leave it loose. I learned this the hard way when a loose chain came off the hooks and bent Despite these minor issues, the overall experience has been very positive. The design it top notch and uses optimal power usage. Just be careful with maintenance and you'll be happy with this purchase. Recommended for those seeking an affordable chainsaw option.

Product stoped working with 4 hours of use
Don't buy this product work only for 4 hours then stoped I sent it back for repair and they shared a working with me saying it's working with them and when i recieved it back it's not working DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT 👎👎👎👎

Major design flaw
All okay about this product...except one very major flaw.....The POWER CORD is just about 12 inches long....yes 12 inches....I am not able to believe iBell would make a major mistake like this....Now there is only one dilemma....Should I keep it (in which case I have to tamper with the cord and lose warranty) or return a good machine? Once I deal with this dilemma, I will use the product further and post further reviews.

Extremely useful.
Excellent product and worth to have one. Light weight. Performance is extraordinary. Ease of convenience. The challenges are two: 1. It is taking too much of Chain saw oil 2. Leaking of oil is major concern.
