Works Great and Beginner Friendly!
Very beginner friendly! I mostly got this for my underarms (i’m not brave enough but an at home brazilian and the legs aren’t worth waxing for me) and it got the job done! No unexpected irritation from the wax or serums it comes with and the digital temperature feature was great to make sure i didn’t burn myself. Cleanup was also easy, the hardened wax just pops out of the silicone mold super easy! I’m not a professional or experienced in waxing by any means so I can’t gauge if it’s salon quality, but it gets the job done! I’m happy with this purchase as I hate shaving my armpits because the hair grows too quickly and I get severe irritation.I don’t think I can give any input about ingrown hairs or anything, I believe that that just depends on the person! I personally get ingrown hairs anytime I wax but no immediate irritation from this one!

Gets the job done
Easy to use and clean up beginner friendly I haven't gotten the hang of how hit it needs to be to melt and keep the was melted at the right temp. The wax has no smell and is easy to spread. Gets the job done I recommend getting better quality wax maybe it's user error but it did get thick after a while even when I had it hot.

Don’t buy this product!
This was an awful product. It doesn’t not remove hair properly. It was a waste of money in my opinion.Edit:The company reached out to me and gave me a full refund for the product. I was surprised as most sellers don’t respond to one star reviews. They even allowed me to keep the product. I will most definitely buy from this seller again!

Great wax pot.
Easy to use I really like the digital screen. Keeps perfect temperature of the wax. The Silicone liner makes it really easy to clean.
