This luggage was packed really well, all the pieces were wrapped in bubble wrap. The light blue color is really pretty. I love that it has packing cubes incorporated inside the luggage already. Also in the small bag, it looks like it has an option for a small umbrella which was a surprise. I can't say enough good things about this set. I also like the locking system. Although I did not find paperwork on how to change the lock. I may have missed it, but I had a similar locking system on another set of luggage I had, so it should not be a problem. There is always YOUTUBE to figure it out. I say buy it today, you will not be disappointed. It also maneuvers well. Good value for the money. It looks very durable. I would recommend getting covers for any luggage you have. They worked well on my last set.

I like the spinner wheels and the compact size and it seems to be sturdy. The color is rich and consistent throughout.No external pockets or compartments is an adjustment since you have to take your book or tablet out before boarding and can’t put it back in until after you are off the plane. No way to grab it from the bottom if it is stored in the overhead bin.But!The wrap around zipper allows you to lay it flat when open which makes it easier to get to the items inside, There’s a designated internal pocket for a tablet or 14 inch laptop.The bag pays for itself every time I save money on luggage fees, so it’s a great value for the money.Best. Of. All: it’s a perfect fit for Sp*r*t Airlines personal item dimensions so it will likely work for other airlines’ personal item size as well.Includes a manufacturer warranty.Definitely recommend this bag!

Really nice piece of luggage. The design is beautiful as is the finish. The shell is nice and thick compared to most hard shell luggage’s which tend to be flimsy. Wheels roll perfectly and the handle has 3 height settings.I put this next to my $600 Tumi and the quality is no less, and just as stylish/classy. Even received a compliment from the flight attendant on its very first flight. Love love love this piece of luggage!!

Was on sale and had been looking for a set that provided different size options. Exterior is more unique and reinforced corners desired after airline crushed a previous large bag. Traveled well and didn't show much scuffing after being handled through airports to baggage claim. Internal dividers work well and provides good storage. Wheels move very smoothly and handle feels secure when extended.

Over the past 9 months, I have used this case as a carry on (monthly). On my last trip to Asia, I had to check-in the case due to my luggage situation. The case got damaged on my Southwest flight to LAX from Las Vegas. Crumbled pretty bad but not cracked. Very strong.Contents were safe and not damaged. I continued my trip as is and the case got checked in for 5 more flight segments. I dragged it around through rough streets in Hong Kong, China and Japan. Along with 7 hotel check-ins and multiple train/subway rides. I just returned couple of days ago. The case still rolls super nice. I am very pleased with the quality and the strength of this case. Definitely will get another one.

We haven't travelled with this luggage yet but we are impressed with the quality; and the divider for the two halves of the bag is very convenient.

Very excellent quality piece of luggage. The TSA locks work great, the wheels turn smoothly without any tipping, the interior is extremely roomy for a carry on, the color is fantastic!

I bought a few of these for my family on a recent trip that had connecting flights. You can pack a good amount of stuff in them and if you use a backpack too you have plenty of space for items for traveling.I have to say these carry on's were excellent. No problem getting through TSA for size for carry on. They fit in the airplane overheads with no problem. Rolling them through the airport was a breeze. These carry on's roll so smooth. We had to run through the airport to catch the next flight and these carry on' rollers were so smooth. You can push them with a pinky finger and they spin so easy too. Handle is adjustable to for various people height. They are also always on sale too. Very happy with the purchase!
