My new fave!
I was on the hunt for a high quality body scrub to replace the one I used to use. I am a fan of other Youth to the People products so I wanted to try this one out. It has a great thick texture with just the right amount of gritty texture to exfoliate. I love that it also has AHAs to provide some chemical exfoliation along with the physical. It doesn't dry out my skin and I enjoy the energy lifting scent!

Best scrub!!!
I’ve been trying to find products to use besides European Wax Center, and I finally found one that is better!!! 11/10 recommend!

This is the best
I've long relied on a scrubber to exfoliate in the shower, but I've come to realize that this just isn't enough. I started searching for a good body scrub maybe two years ago, but hadn't been delighted with anything I've found until I tried this. The ones with the most grit tend to be too heavy, so they don't stay on the cloth or scrubber or whatever, and more can go down the drain than onto my body. They're also just sort of nasty to use: some feel I'm rubbing Sakcrete onto my limbs, or some kind of industrial grout. Others can actually be too moisturizing, and the scrub beads have little effect. This one hits the sweet spot, though, and is both thoroughly exfoliating and soothing at the same time. The addition of AHAs is a big help, too. I have to say I didn't find the scent especially "energizing," though, or even very noticeable, so if you're concerned about too much scent, this may be for you as the scent is pleasant enough but very mild. All in all, I am really extremely happy with this.

KP results?
I have keratosis Polaris on my legs, so this review is specifically to talk about this product for that.I've been using this scrub daily for the past week and a half. I was super excited to try it because I've had bumps on my legs for decades. They're mostly managed through Am-lactin lotion, though it took a ridiculously long time to see results and I do still have some (they're maybe 60 - 75% gone). Could this scrub take them the rest of the way??I've been using this on one leg and not the other, so I'd have something like a control subject. The first time I used this, I used way too much! I only need a half the size of a dime for one entire leg. It easily spreads out and exfoliates my skin. The smell is fantastic. After 1.5 weeks, my test leg feels slightly smoother than my control leg, but I don't see a change in the bumps yet.I will keep using it, but I'm going to back off to every other shower. Anyone with KP knows too much exfoliation (or too vigorous) can actually make KP worse! This scrub is SO exfoliating that I'm concerned about that. If you're using this for KP, I would gently use a small amount of it by slowly running it over the affected area. Don't rub it too hard, and don't rub it repeatedly back and forth. If my results change after using this for longer, I will update this review.

Excellent
I've always used a scrubber for exfoliating in the shower, most scrubs with a lot of grit are too heavy and don't stay on the cloth or scrubber, so you waste so much product. This product, however, is perfect—it provides thorough exfoliation while also being soothing and has AHA's. The scent isn't particularly strong so if you're worried about overpowering fragrance, this might be a good choice; it's pleasant but very mild. Overall, very pleased with this scrub.

funny smell
was hesitant to use due to the chemical fragrance you smell when first opened. it's a pretty good exfoliator though it didn't feel rough when using it in the shower.
